The Department of Operations provides the administrative framework required to advance the vision of INMED. It oversees the offices of Administration, Information Technology, and Continuing Medical Education, ensuring that day-to-day operations align with INMED’s mission and values.

The office administers daily IT support through the helpdesk and manages infrastructure, while implementing cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and digital assets.
The Office of CME is a provider of medical education that promotes evidence-based change, professional development, and patient outcome improvement. The office is responsible for maintaining compliance with CME accreditation standards, ensuring that all activities meet rigorous criteria for educational quality and ethical transparency. It coordinates joint-providership programs in collaboration with external health organizations and professional bodies, while also offering directly provided programs developed in-house by faculty.
The Department of Finance stewards INMED’s financial resources with integrity and transparency. It leads the offices of Financial Affairs and Student Finances. Through institutional growth and student access, it advances the mission and sustainability of the organization.

The Office of Financial Affairs manages the budgeting process across departments. The office oversees resource allocation, financial forecasting, and reporting to support strategic institutional goals. The office also maintains a cross-reporting relationship with the Office of Community Engagement in cultivating donor and alumni relations, ensuring that efforts are closely aligned with institutional advancement and fundraising strategies.
The Office of Student Finances helps students navigate the financial aspects of their education by providing transparent billing services and access to financial aid resources. In partnership with other student service departments, the office administers scholarships and points to financial relief programs, working to reduce financial barriers and support long-term student success.
The Department of Engagement promotes meaningful connections between INMED and its internal and external communities. It is accountable for a broad range of offices that support student experience, recruitment, outreach, and public engagement. It serves as the welcoming committee, guiding prospective students through institutional offerings, continuously admits a diverse student community, and ensures a seamless transition from acceptance to course registration. As the Registrar, it maintains academic records, monitors degree progress, and administers class scheduling and transcript services.

The Office of Student Support is responsible for enhancing student development. It coordinates accommodations and ensures compliance with disability access policies. This office also suggests confidential counseling services and programming to support emotional wellbeing. Collaborating with the Office of Academic Affairs, advising is also managed here, offering personalized support to help students plan their coursework, meet program requirements, and stay on track toward graduation.
Operating under both the Departments of Engagement and Academics, the Office of Service-Learning develops immersive, cross-cultural learning opportunities that integrate academic instruction with field-based service. Through partnerships with health facilities, students are placed in global and local contexts where they apply public health skills in underserved environments.
The Office of Community Engagement fosters INMED’s relationships with external audiences, enhancing visibility, deepening community partnerships, and expanding INMED’s reach. It works across departments to build collaborative networks that support education, service, and strategic growth.

The Office of Marketing manages the INMED brand and public image. It leads institutional marketing strategy, content creation, public messaging, media relations, and campaign implementation to reach prospective students and external audiences. This office also works with the Office of Enrollment to engage prospective students through events, outreach, and digital engagement.

The Office of Outreach nurtures institutional partnerships and lifelong relationships with graduates through public-facing events and volunteer opportunities. It builds relationships with local and global organizations that are missionally aligned for mutually beneficial work. The office also organizes major events, including the Humanitarian Health Conference that convenes academic and professional communities, and INMED on Mission, aimed at international communities.
The Department of Academics oversees INMED’s educational mission, ensuring the quality, integrity, and effectiveness of its academic programs. Through fostering a learning environment grounded in inquiry, service, and student achievement, it manages the offices of Academic and Faculty Affairs. The department ensures that students are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and serve effectively.

It ensures that programs and library services meet accreditation requirements and learning goals. The office manages institutional research, gathering and analyzing data to support planning, reporting, and decision-making. Cross-reporting to the Department of Engagement, it is also responsible for overseeing student support and learning outcomes across all programs.
The Office of Faculty Affairs is dedicated to supporting faculty recruitment, development, and governance. It oversees all instructional staff, including full-time faculty and visiting instructors, ensuring fair practices and transparent communication. The Faculty Council operates within this office, offering faculty a structured platform for participation in academic governance and policy formation. The office is also responsible for managing the curriculum approval process, facilitating program development, and ensuring that academic offerings remain relevant, rigorous, and aligned with the institutional mission.
